Story
Insight Collective was built out of lived experience, not theory.
Founded by Erin McDermott, a recovering executive who spent 15 years building a career in corporate America, supporting enterprise companies, climbing the ladder, and working overtime to prove her worth. But behind the impressive title were unspoken rules: empathy made you weak, burnout was the norm, and asking for a better way was seen as disruptive.
She watched too many brilliant people shrink themselves to fit broken systems and when she stepped away, she felt like she lost her value without a brand name behind her. That realization lit a fire.

Erin left to build something better - first scaling a startup consultancy to eight figures using empathy as a growth strategy, then founding Insight Collective to help others lead in a way that’s human, healthy, and high-performing.
